These Glute Activation Exercises changed my running. One thing I learned through my chiropractor treatments is that I have a weak right glute that is not activating while I am exercising. Treadmill Workout 3.5 Miles (400m Repeats)! If you want to give speed work a try and let the miles fly by on the treadmill, give this workout a try! 0.5mile (800meter) warm-up followed by 0.25mile (400meter) fast sprint with incline, then 800meter or a half mile rest.
