Monday May 24th: Running & Lifting Circuit – Lower Body

Supersets: Split Squats, Kettlebell Swings & Step Ups, Box Jumps

Tuesday May 25th: Running & Lifting Circuit – Upper Body

Supersets: Bench Press, Shoulder Press & Bicep Curls, Tricep Kickbacks

Wednesday May 26th: 30 Min Peloton Spin Class

Thursday May 27th: 4 Mile Walk

Friday May 28th: Off

Saturday May 29th: Off

Sunday May 30th: 20 Min Spin Class & 1 Mile Walk
