Sometimes all it takes is tricking your mind a little with changes in pace and incline to make the time no miles pass by. 

Below is a treadmill workout that will finish with a 5k (3.1miles) you will also get in one mile of hills (running on an incline). 

Changing things up every half mile is a great way to keep the heart rate up and get in a great workout on the treadmill!
