Speed Workout for 5k Training

Below you will find a speed workout for 5k training. This workout would also be great to add to base training or into a marathon build for some extra speed into the legs. 400s are a great way to get the body to turn over. I also think speed work keeps training plans fun. Switching things up will keep you excited about your training plan and getting out the door everyday!
