Running for Weight Loss
Running for weight loss can be different than running for a time goal. It is important to know what your main goal is when you start. **Disclaimer: talk with your doctor before you start any new fitness or weight loss journey/goal. Running for Beginners: What Every Beginner Runner Needs.
What I have learned since making a running comeback surprised me! Beginner Runners should start here. There is so much information out there. It makes running confusing, complicated and almost hard to start if don’t have some baseline knowledge. And if you follow most of the information out there, the risk of injury is so high. My personal hot topic thought is there is way too much noise in the running world. It makes it so intimidating to start let alone get involved in the community. It almost feels like you need to be an expert, or educated in all aspects of running, just to get out there and start.…
