Wednesday, June 29th: Moving Day. Failed Challenge. Moving was a disaster and stress won. No Running or Walking, 20oz waters, 9,816 Steps

Thursday, June 30th: Had to do some last minute moving trips and unpacking. No Running or Walking, 20oz waters, 9,816 Steps

Friday, July 1st: Unpacking and stressed! No Running or Walking. Water intake was a little better not much. 7,953 Steps

Saturday, July 2nd: Unpacking. No Running or Walking. Water intake even better than Friday but not great. 8,536 Steps

Sunday, July 3rd: Hit a wall today. No Running or Walking. Water less than 20oz and 6,046 Steps.

Week started out good then I had a ROUGH end!
