30min Treadmill Workout
Below is a 30min treadmill workout to really challenge you and keep you engaged on the treadmill. It is an interval type workout with a pyramid style base. The secret to getting the most out of running on the treadmill and fighting boredom is changing your speed throughout the workout. (Changing your incline would work too!). Circuit training is what I gravitate towards when I’m looking for a good sweaty feel like I can take on the world type of feeling. Here is a mix of treadmill running and Bodyweight exercises. Treadmill Challenge
Treadmills are sometimes looked down upon. However, they are also an AMAZING alternative to getting in a run. Feeling those endorphins when the weather is bad, or you don’t have the time to invest in driving to a safe place to run. As a mom of two, the treadmill is currently my go to running place. Treadmill Workout
This treadmill workout is for the beginner. Remember that running is supposed to be uncomfortable, when you start to feel relaxed and comfortable at a specific time increment it is time to push yourself both physically and mentally (make sure your body is ready to move to the next phase before you let your mind push you there!). The Runner’s High is a feeling unlike anything else. Give yourself the time, discipline and dedication to get into decent shape to feel a true Runner’s High.
