This week was better than last week. Morning workouts are the reason. I am enjoying getting up and getting a workout in and some time alone before the kids wake up. Lauren’s Weekly Check-In – Week of July 11th – July 17th, 2022 Review: For Week of July 11th – July 17th, 2022 Please briefly explain your last week: Training Log Post HERE. Overall I would say it was an average week. Not great, but not terrible. I started out strong but the second half of the week kind of fell off.
