Week 4 Recap!
Week 4 Recap! This week was a very solid week of training. It took some patience not to run too fast and keep things easy. My body is adapting to the slow increase of mileage and I love it. I just keep feeling better and better.
Monday: 3 Miles & Lift
Tuesday: 3 Miles
Wednesday: off
Thursday: 3 Miles & Lift
Friday: 2.5 Miles
Saturday: 4.5 Miles
Sunday: 2 miles and Pelvic Floor Abs
TOTAL: 18 Miles
This training plan really is perfect for me. It is a slow build and has room for flexibility, which is ideal because life with two toddlers is crazy!
Overall I’m excited with where my training is heading and I’m ready for a new week!
I need to work on getting in more quality lifting sessions, and need to be way better at staying consistent with my pelvic floor abs. When I am consistent I can see a huge difference. I need to hold myself accountable and stick to three times a week going forward!
