Two Mile Recovery Run. With a Buddy!

My allergies kept me up coughing most of the night. Can’t wait until construction is over and we can be all cleaned and settled!

Running with a Buddy!

I went out for a short and slow two mile recovery run. I brought the puppy for a mile of it. I need to build up his mileage because she did so good on the new running lease I got. I think she would make a great running partner!

Two Mile Recovery Run

After my run I did an Upper body lift. Pull day. And ended with some pelvic floor abs. 

We then spent the rest of the day cleaning, organizing and unpacking.  

We snuck away for a little bit to go swimming and tried to go to an event at the library, but you needed tickets. Who knew the library was so popular. Not us! Maybe we will be better prepared next time!
