Aqua Jogging and Disney World

Busy day ahead! We will be making our way to Disney to camp and explore this afternoon. 

We headed to the pool early, for a double win. Get the kiddos nice and tired for some car naps and for me to get a quick workout in. My new aqua jogging belt came in yesterday so I tested that out. Aqua jogging is always way harder than I think it’s going to be. I did 10mins of jogging then 5mins of swimming laps and finished it up with 5mins of more aqua jogging.

After the pool work I did a quick 10min bodyweight lifting class via the peloton app. I am loving the not having to think about a lift and just moving. That is why a program is so nice, and having a coach if you can afford it. I am thinking of after I build up my base getting my own coach to bring me through the adding of speed work. If I write the workouts for myself it’s much easier to alter them mid-workout.

We then packed up and headed to Disney World! The kids are living our best lives this summer! I don’t want it to end. We did a lot of walking around the parks and the camp ground. It was a solid day of training!
