Four Miles. Negative Splits!
Morning run the day after a long day in the sun. It was a struggle to get up, but once I got out there I felt better than expected. Tried this new to me thing called starting slow, it made the whole run more enjoyable. I was able to run each mile faster and the final mile didn’t feel as much of a struggle.
Four miles check!
I am definitely getting in better shape you can feel it with each workout. I’m excited to add in more speed and volume, but I’m holding myself back to make sure I build up slowly.
