All Things Coming!
Welcome! Thank you to everyone that has been around for a while and has been part of this up and down journey. I have finally hit the phase in life that I can be a little more consistent and take this small part of the internet to the next level. I am excited to hopefully help as many people as possible fall in love with running and strength training!
Running has changed my life so many times. It has been different things to me at different stages in my life. Running is always there when I need it, and it is something I can’t live without. Strength Training I have grown to love and if we are being honest I do it to keep myself running, BUT everyone is different and the hybrid athlete life is the best life! In my definitely biased opinion it is the best ways to go about working out. It doesn’t have to be just running and strength training; but, I do think some form of cardio and some form of resistance training should be in your routine.
Okay back to what is coming! More of everything!
More Workouts! – New workouts, this time with images/videos of the exercises coming every Tuesday and Thursday!
More Training Plans! – Downloadable training plans coming very soon. Beginner plans for the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon. These will have the option to add coaching via a coaching software. There will also be strength training plans to include with the running plans. Both Bodyweight and Dumbbell Only.
More Resources! – Planners, Goal Setting Sheets, Training Journals, Training Logs, Trackers etc.
More Personal Blog Posts! – I am excited to keep documenting my running journey. It keeps me accountable and I love connecting with others who are also training for big goals!
