Treadmill and Bodyweight Circuit Below. Combine lower body lift with treadmill speed work. Circuit training is what I gravitate towards when I’m looking for a good sweaty feel like I can take on the world type of feeling. Here is a mix of treadmill running and Bodyweight exercises. You can run through the circuit more than once or add weight to the exercises to make it more difficult!
