The challenge will include cardio based weight training workouts and a couch to 5k program. Both bodyweight and dumbbell only workouts.
This challenge includes both weight training workouts for beginners and a couch to 5k program. Use the links below. I would recommend starting with Week 1 Day 1. There are videos of all the exercises. All weight training days have the option for bodyweight or dumbbell only.
