Treadmill and Dumbbell Only Circuit
Circuit workouts are the best if you are short on time looking to get the most out of the time you have. I also use treadmill and dumbbell only circuit workouts when I am traveling and have access to a hotel gym.
Circuit workouts are also great if your goal is weight loss. Combining strength workouts with treadmill running allows for your heart rate to stay more elevated and in return you burn more calories.
