Running and Lifting Circuit Full Body Kettlebell Only. This is a great workout to try in a park or when you are short on time. You can also do this at the corner treadmill at the gym! Bring over a kettlebell to the Treadmill area and you are set to go! Circuit training is a great way to get in both a strength workout and a cardio workout when you are short on time.
