Peloton App Training Schedule! I will admit I love the peloton app. I have been using it on and off for years. The reason I usually stop is because there isn’t a set training plan. Progress is slow or not being made for that reason. However, what keeps bringing me back are instructors, the workouts themselves, the variety, and the motivation. 

Below you will find a weekly workout calendar sample plan using only the peloton app. The running portions can be either outside or treadmill based. 

Reminder: check with your doctor before you start any new form of exercise or diet, and as always, listen to your body. Make adjustments as needed. 

Let’s first talk about the app. It’s a great resource with lots of classes and options. The best part is that it is easily searchable. 

First, Click the Workout Tab on the Bottom. (See image below, use Red Arrow)

Second, Choose the type of workout you want to search. (See image below) 

Third, Hit the filter button and choose what you want to filter by. (Length, Class Type, Music, etc) (See image below) 

Example: if you want to do a 30min Bodyweight Strength Class you would follow the images below.

Lastly, the app gives you the ability to log all of your workouts within the app. If you want log an activity without taking a specific class, you choose the person running icon (see image below – use green arrow!)
