A few simple words can be all the pep talk you need to get out for a run, or that extra strength training session done.
Quotes always seem to work for me. Something so simple. Reading a few motivational words are always mind shifting. They can give you the extra push. Get you out of that bad mood.
It may seem silly that reading a few quotes can give you the extra push of motivation to have a great workout or turn a day from bad to great. However, I challenge you to give it a try if you have never done it. Reading simple words have a way of helping you believe in yourself. They give you something positive to repeat in your head when things get tough. When I am going through something rough, or am in the middle of a training cycle for a big race, I change my phone background to a quote that really speaks to me and it is a reminder multiple times a day that “I got this” and “this is possible.”
