Lauren’s Training Log: September 6th – September 12th

Previous Training Logs

Monday & Tuesday consisted of more packing and fixing things around the house.

Wednesday, September 8th – Run: 1 Miles – Back to morning runs today! Felt so good to be back at it. I did keep it extra slow and a walk/run to ease my body back in. 

Thursday, September 9th – Walk: 3 Miles and an hour of chasing the kiddos at the park. This was good for all of us, and I need to make a consistent thing even through the moving! Run: 1.5 Miles Strength: 2×6 Bench, Squat and Deadlift (simple lift just to get the muscles working again!).

Saturday, September 11th: Walk: 3 Miles

Sunday, September 12th: Bike: 30mins Walk: 20mins

Things are getting a little stressful with a lot of unknowns and big changes. Trying to prioritize getting in some type of workout each day. I want to come out of this move still in decent shape!

Next weeks I’m coming back strong. Going to keep giving myself grace during the transition. However we are over all the big house projects and now it’s back to a waiting game.

Fall weather has arrived and the kids and I are going to take full advantage!
