Lauren’s Training Log: September 20th – September 26th, 2021

Training Log & Race Day Countdown: 38 Days. Need to get into a routine again fast!

Monday, September 20th: Run: 2 Miles Walk: 1.5 Miles 

Tuesday, September 21st: Other: Cleaned the whole house. (Over 10k steps, needed to be added!). 

Wednesday, September 22nd: Walk: 2 Miles and chasing the boys at the park.

Thursday, September 23rd: Run: 2 Miles 

Friday, September 24th: Other: Lots of Chasing the boys outside. 

Saturday, September 25th: 

Sunday, September 26th: Run: 4 Miles Walk: 2 Miles Strength: Basic Lift (Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press)

Realistic expectations have changed a little. With the house on the market and having to leave for showings… with two kids and two dogs… Things are stressful. I was able to fit in a few good runs. Moving forward I’m going to try to get in at least two longer runs and one short run a week until the showings on the house slow down. 

I’m so ready to get back into a routine. (And to move!) & I want to be ready for race day! 38 Days! 

Realistic expectations have changed a little. Stress is high and training volume is low. Race Day Countdown: 38 Days. Need to get into a routine.
