Lauren’s Training Log: August 23rd – August 29th, 2021

Back on track. I felt great this week! The first part of the week was definitely stronger than the second, but that is what I expected. Three days this week I did morning workouts. The 4:30am wake up call was early but oh so worth it. I will continue that into next week. I did let some life stress keep me up at night a few nights, so come Friday I needed the little bit of extra sleep to function! Saturday was a day or road tripping and I knew I was going to be driving late at night, so I needed to give myself a chance to not be crazy tired while driving. Sunday I opted for lots of yard work over the long run.

Monday, August 23rd: Run: 2 Miles Strength: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Reverse Pull-Ups

Tuesday, August 24th: Run: 3 Miles

Wednesday August 25th: Off. Lots of yard work

Thursday, August 26th: Run: 2 Miles Strength: Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Hip Thrusts.

Friday, August 27th: Off

Saturday, August 28th: Off – Drove five hours.

Sunday, August 29th: Other: lots of yard work.

I’m excited going into next week!
