- Run at least one mile. Check!
Welp. Diet got the best of me. I still got out and ran a little under a mile and a half this afternoon, but wow was it hard. I guess candy and pizza don’t mix with a great run. I did hit my running and water goal though so it’s a win! Hoping tomorrow is better!
