- 80 Ounces of water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
This is what my watch told me when I woke up this morning. Not what I was going for. A teething child called for a VERY long sleepless night. I kept it simple today. Went on a long walk with the kids to the zoo and then ran a simple mile at night.
I’ve been feeling really good! Even with no sleep I felt like I still had some energy today and my mental health stayed strong. That’s a win for me!
