- 80 Ounces of water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
I wasn’t feeling motivated today, but decided it was time to challenge myself a little bit. I did the same 5k loop I did the other day. It felt so good to push pass the thoughts of doing the minimum and running a little longer and faster. My watch told me I hit a new recent 5k record. I reset the records to this new challenge to give myself some excitement while I’m getting back into shape!
