Lauren’s Journal: Best Self Challenge: W2D1
Week 2 – Day 1
Feeling strong! Week 2 starting strong. I was going to go for a longer run today, but after a busy weekend and a toddler not sleeping well, I kept it to a mile. Each run I’m feeling stronger and stronger. Loving the feeling.
As I’ve said a lot before. I’m loving this challenge!
April 11th, 2022
- Drank 80 Ounces of Water
- Ran at least One Mile
- I have taken out the tracking of fasting blood sugar every morning and instead will be doing it once a week. I am working towards lowering my fasting blood sugar levels and once a week will be able to keep things in check without over using testing strips.
