Easy Run and Day at Disney

Morning started with an easy three mile run and ended with a day at Disney. 

My legs are spent! Hopefully I wake up tomorrow feeling better! 

I did an easy three miles on the treadmill this morning before we left. My Apple Watch seems to get the distance correct if I run at pretty much the same speed the whole time.

Easy run stats

My goal today was to keep my heart rate below 140 and closer to 130. I did have to stop and walk a few times to make sure it stayed low. Overall it was mission accomplished. 

I then failed with hydration and eating today at Disney, but we had a blast so I will call it a win. 

If I wake up and the legs feel okay I’m going to try a tempo run tomorrow.
