30min Bike and Strength for Runners & Missed Alarm Regret
Had everything ready to get in a morning workout… then we had a 12:30am wake up from a toddler, and then he landed in our bed around 1:45am. The 4:15am alarm got turned off quick. Which I’m still a little mad at myself for. I always regret not waking up and knocking out the workout!
We took the kids to a play area and ran around for a few hours, then ended the day with some swimming.
Around 5pm I did a Peloton Cycling Ride and a Peloton Strength for Runners Class. It was nice to be able to get the workout in without having to think about anything! It is making me want to hire a coach more and more once I am ready to add in some speed work!
It feels so good to feel like the training is working and I’m starting to get in better shape everyday!
