Treadmill workouts are actually some of my favorites! I am in the minority and I don’t mind using the treadmill and I actually think it’s a great tool to help you meet your goals. 

The best way to make treadmill miles pass by is to keep changing pace and incline to keep your mind from getting bored. 

Also, find something fun to watch and the time really flies by! 

Below is a great workout for beginner runners, it is mild pace and interval changes. Just enough to keep you from getting bored, but small enough to keep it an easy run.
