Walk, Run and Lift!
Wow it’s been a rough few days in our house. I didn’t end up falling asleep until around 2am, so I opted for no morning run. I’m disappointed, but I knew it was the smart decision.
We went to pre-school class, played after for a while and then came home for nap time!

After some naps we made it out for a short walk to get some sunshine! Always the best afternoon pick me up! Nap time for the boys. Coffee for mom! Win! Win!

I then snuck out for a 3 mile run, the weather has been perfect lately. It is always a treat to get out in the fresh air and sunshine to run! I will never take it for granted after so many runs on the treadmill in the basement or in the freezing cold!

After my run, I did a quick strength for runners on the peloton app. I wish I had the time and energy to write my own strength programs, but for the time being this will do.
Overall it turned out to be a good day! Praying for good sleep tonight and a morning run tomorrow!
