Two Mile Recovery Run
Trying to get a house in order when things are finished yet is harder than I was expecting. Add on solo parenting with two toddlers and two high maintenance dogs. I am tired! I promised myself grace this week while the husband was traveling, but that I needed to stay consistent.
I decided that I would just run today and push my lift to the weekend. Not ideal, but definitely the best option. Pushing through the lift probably could have happened, but with minimal sleep, little fuel and poor hydration I knew it would probably do more harm than good. I will also have more time this weekend to accomplish the workout in a better state of mind!
