Treadmill Workout 3.5 Miles (400m Repeats)! If you want to give speed work a try and let the miles fly by on the treadmill, give this workout a try!
0.5mile (800meter) warm-up followed by 0.25mile (400meter) fast sprint with incline, then 800meter or a half mile rest. Total of 3.5Miles and four 400meter/0.25mile repeats.
