Treadmill Workout
This treadmill workout is for the beginner. Remember that running is supposed to be uncomfortable, when you start to feel relaxed and comfortable at a specific time increment it is time to push yourself both physically and mentally (make sure your body is ready to move to the next phase before you let your mind push you there!).
The Runner’s High is a feeling unlike anything else. Give yourself the time, discipline and dedication to get into decent shape to feel a true Runner’s High. You only need to feel it once and you will be hooked for life!
