Three Mile Recovery Run

Who knew a bloomin onion from outback for dinner and lunch and donuts for breakfast would leave to a not so great run. Sarcasm check. 

It was a rough recovery run. It was my fault. Bad nutrition and limited water wasn’t smart on my part. 

I ran three miles and it felt like twelve. My legs were tight and heavy so I’m glad I did a quick recovery run, my legs will thank me tomorrow.
