Three Beach Miles and Lazy Day!

The morning started off nice and slow, and ended with three beach miles. We all finally got a good night sleep so it started off great! 

We started the morning with some relaxing and watching a movie, the topped off the morning with some cinnamon rolls. Solid Morning!

After the last few days, my stomach is screaming at me. I need to get back in control of my diet. Nutrition has and always k as will be my struggle. 

After a relaxing morning we did some cleaning and watched some more movies. After a pretty rough week, it was nice to have a day to decompress. 

Three Beach Miles. Run Stats

I snuck out around 4:30 to get in a run at the beach. Three beach miles! have been telling myself that I want to get out to the beach and run more, and I finally made the time to do that today! Low tide was around 5:14, so I made my way to the beach to around 4:30. 

It was everything I needed, and I definitely need to make this a regular thing!
