We are almost ready to start! September 1st will start a few days of pre-training, to get our minds and bodies ready to start a full new program! Below is a brief outline of each day. The exact workouts will be posted the day before at 8pm. For example Thursday’s workout will be posted on Wednesday at 8pm.
