Running and Lifting Circuit – Full Body & Abs (Dumbbell Only!)

Circuit training is my favorite way to get in both a solid run and lift session. As a mom of two little boys I need to be very efficient with my time and get in the best quality workout in minimal amount of time. These types of workouts are my favorite for that! Let me know if you try it!
