Lower Body and Treadmill Circuit
Try this lower body and treadmill circuit, if you are short on time and want both a cardio and strength day. Your legs will definitely feel this one!
Cardio and strength workouts are great if you get bored during traditional workouts. They keep you switching thing up and moving!
This circuit is also great if you get bored on the treadmill, but need some speed work.
I completed this particular workout yesterday. I was feeling a little lazy since the weather has been so bad. This workout was perfect. I was able to get in a great speed work running day along with a solid leg day lift without thinking about it too much. It was over before I knew it!
