Monday, September 13th – Walk: 2 Miles Run: 2 Miles
Tuesday, September 14th – Off
Wednesday, September 15th – Walk: 5 Miles
Thursday, September 16th – Walk: 3 Miles Run: 2 Miles
Friday, September 17th – Walk: 4.5 Miles
Saturday, September 18th – Cleaned the Entire House. Felt like the hardest workout of the week!
Sunday, September 19th – Run: 3 Miles
Slowly getting back on track. I wanted to add more volume in this week, but life happened. We are finally putting our house on the market this week so things should settle into a little more of a routine until its time to move. The projects on the house are for the most part over. Back to morning workouts next week to make sure I get in some quality runs. The 10k is going to be here before I know it and I want to make sure I am somewhat ready.
A major fail this week was nutrition. I NEED to make that a MAJOR priority starting now. Not just to feel better while working out, but also to make sure I am my healthiest going into moving. Especially with how the world is not I don’t want to risk getting sick and having my immune system down. First order of business, lay off the candy or all the work I did lower my blood sugar levels will be a waste!
