Training Log Update for August 16th – August 22nd. I am disappointed in myself for this week. I let life stressors and lack of motivation win. It rained nonstop all week so we couldn’t get out for our normal walking in the morning. Morning walks are what usually jump start my day. Then I run and lift either during naptime or at night. Without the morning walks, and no time outside, the laziness won. However I am going to cut myself some slack and with the life stressors that presented themselves this week my body needed a few days to just process without added stressors or exercise. With that said I am going to make a plan for next week that I am going to do everything in my power to stick with to get back on track. I don’t want to lose everything I have been working towards.

Monday, August 16th: Run: 1 Mile – Wasn’t feeling motivated but wanted to get something in. Should have expected it was going to be a tough week!

Tuesday, August 17th: Off

Wednesday, August 18th: Run: 2 Miles

Thursday, August 19th: Off

Training Log - New Jogging Stroller.
Free Double Stroller. Spend Monday Cleaning It Up. Then It Rained All Week.

Friday, August 20th: Run: 2 Mile Run/Walk with new Double Jogging Stroller

Saturday, August 21th: Off

Sunday, August 22nd: Other: 15min Bike Ride

Plan for Next Weeks Training Log!

I am determined that next weeks Training Log Update will be positive. Already planning to kick in discipline when motivation is lacking! I am going to switch up lifting to doing the lifts I enjoy, and adding in some interval running and fun cross training. Crossing my fingers the weather is better and we can get out walking!
