- 80 Ounces of water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
Today was TERRIBLE! I challenged myself to run more than a mile today, challenge accepted and completed. However, I ate a huge sandwich and drank a large coke and felt terrible! Strong reminder that I need to get my diet in check if I want to keep this challenge up!
Again, I am proud of myself for getting out there and stepping up the challenge a little bit when I didn’t feel like it at all.
We have had some toddler sleep struggles over the past few weeks, and extra bad the last three days. Still getting in some exercises and water intake has made everything more manageable!
