Lauren’s Journal: Best Self Challenge W2D4

- 80 Ounces of water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
- Strength workout. Check!
It was hot and muggy out! And another night of very little sleep. I kept the run short again and the strength workout to a very short bodyweight workout. It felt really good to stay consistent even when everything around you was telling you to not do anything. I’m loving the feeling of accomplishing a task for myself each day. I can also feel the difference of consistent water intake. I usually drink a decent amount of water, but it’s always seems to be an every other day type of thing. The consistency with 80 ounces is really helping my body feel better.
