Day 6. Crushed!

- 80 Ounces of Water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
- Fasting Blood Sugar – 94. Check!
Another day checked off! I knew it would be a busy day so I made it a point to get out for a run first thing. I wish I could make morning workouts a thing more often, but kid schedules make that difficult. Someday.
Today I went out for a run telling myself that I could turn around at a half mile and just do the minimum mile if I wasn’t feeling it. I felt strong and the weather was perfect. So I ran a 5k! Felt pretty proud of myself!
Have I mentioned how much I am enjoying this challenge!
