Lauren’s Journal: Best Self Challenge Day 5.
Five days straight! I’m feeling good, and more importantly proud of myself, which is a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time. That was the point of this little challenge. Doing something for myself. Finally holding myself accountable for something. It has greatly improved my mental health.
April 8th, 2022
- 80 ounces of water. Check!
- Run at least one mile. Check!
- Lift – Arms & Pelvic Floor Abs. Check!
- Fasting Blood Sugar – 99 (still under the 100, but not good!)
Excited to have successfully made it Monday-Friday! Can’t wait to go into the weekend. Going to try and add in some additional mileage and a few lifts.
