Kettlebell Only After Run Add On! 

Kettlebell only after run add on workout below! I love running add on workouts. They let me sneak in strength when I don’t have time to split up workouts. You can throw a kettlebell in the trunk and do this workout anywhere. Or at the gym, do a treadmill workout (ideas HERE) and then snag a kettlebell and an open corner. A great strength workout doesn’t require you to use all the equipment in the gym.
