EMOM – Bodyweight

EMOM style workouts are a combination of weight training and cardio with minimal rest. Start a timer and every minute you begin the new exercise associated with that minute, the time remaining after you complete the exercise is your rest time.

Depending on how much time you have and how challenging you want to make the workout depends on how many rounds you do.

This style of workouts are my favorite!
