Circuit Workout – Lunges Only! Lunges are a great exercise. Often dreaded, but so worth the temporary pain! 

For runners specifically lunges help strengthen your core, hamstrings and quads. They also help with controlling your hips. All of this allows you to run more controlled and faster!!

Lunges! 

15 Static Lunges

15 Walking Lunges

15 Side Lunges

15 Reverse Lunges 

15 Rebound Lunges 

Repeat 3-4 Times.
