Circuit Workout for Runners EMOM Style. 

The best strength workouts are the ones you can stay consistent. For me that is EMOM style workouts. This is because I start a timer and go. I don’t have time to think about quitting or cutting sets it’s just a start and finish workout! 

I have started using the 45min on/15sec off format and I am really enjoying that. It allows me to focus on form and really listen to my body instead of rushing for rest time.
