Lower Body EMOM for Runners

Workouts are back and better! Today is a Lower Body EMOM for Runners!

Had to start with my go to workout! EMOM! This EMOM will be 45secs on and 15secs off. To complete this workout you will start a time. When the start of the minute hits you will complete the exercise for 45secs, then you will rest for 15sec. The next minute will be the next exercise. 

EMOMs are great because they are strength training with an element of cardio. These workouts are great to add after your next run!
