After Run EMOM Add-On Workout
Below you will find an After Run EMOM Add-On Workout! These are great if you have a busy schedule, and running is your priority. Even two of these 10min strength workouts a week, will have a huge impact on your running. They will also help keep you from getting injured!
EMOM HOW TO:
- Start a Timer (See Link Above, Use Stopwatch, or download phone app)
- Complete minute 1 Exercise, then rest until the minute is over.
- At minute 2, complete minute 2 exercise and then rest until the minute is over.
- Repeat the same until all exercises are complete.
- Repeat the entire workout for as many rounds as specified.
